Māpuna takes pride in meeting with clients to discuss capability needs for their organisation and designing a bespoke programme based on the specific requirements and areas for development. We don't do off the shelf and its important to us to ensure that participants are getting the most out of every session.

 

Māpuna are clear that we cannot support Māori capability development unless it is aligned to intentional strategy and recruitment. We believe capability development should be supported by strategic direction and intention from ELT/SLT through to kaimahi.

Our capability programmes are best suited to beginner level participants who are wanting an introduction to Te Ao Māori me ōna āhuatanga (the Māori world and its attributes) and is delivered by excellent facilitators and teachers. Our programmes usually cover;

• Te Ao Māori (Māori worldviews)

• Te Tiriti o Waitangi (The Treaty of Waitangi)
